Why the process matters
Many painting problems trace back to steps that were skipped. Homeowners often do not know these steps exist, so they do not know to ask about them. That is by design for some painters. It is deliberately not our approach.
When you receive your written proposal from us, you will see the steps we plan to complete for your specific project. Your proposal sets out the scope, materials, and prep for your project before work begins. If we discover something during the work that changes scope, we discuss it with you before proceeding.
That transparency is why we have been in business for more than 50 years. It is also why homeowners hire us again for their next project, and their neighbors' projects, and their family members' projects.
