What information should I have ready when I call?
Nothing specific. Ken or Chris will ask what you need. If you have photos of the project area, those help but are not required. If you have specific color ideas or a timeline in mind, mention those too.
Do you need to see the project in person before quoting?
For most projects, yes. On-site visits let us assess prep needs, measure accurately, and identify anything that could affect the timeline or price. Small projects or repeat work can sometimes be quoted from photos and a description.
