Common questions about interior painting

How long does an interior painting project take?

Single room projects run 2 to 4 days. Whole-house interior repaints typically run 1 to 2 weeks depending on square footage and prep needs. Cabinet painting adds another week because of multiple coats and cure time.

Do I need to move out during interior painting?

No. We work around your schedule and living space. We paint room by room or floor by floor so you always have a place to sleep and cook. Furniture is moved and protected as needed.

What brand of paint do you use for interior?

Benjamin Moore is our default for interior work: Aura for walls, Advance for cabinets and trim, Regal Select where a professional-grade budget option makes sense. Other brands accommodated on request.

Can you help me pick colors?

Yes. Color consultation is included in every estimate. Ken and Chris have fifty years of combined experience helping homeowners pick colors that work with their lighting, existing finishes, and how they live in the space.

Do you paint ceilings as part of an interior project?

Ceilings are quoted separately from walls because many projects only need one or the other. We can include ceilings if you want them done at the same time, and there is usually a bundled discount for combining.
