How We Work

Every project follows the same 10 steps

Fifty years of painting has taught us the process that produces lasting results. This is that process, documented for every homeowner we work with.

Our 10-step process

Why 10 steps matter

Most painting problems trace back to steps that were skipped. Homeowners often do not know these steps exist, so they do not know to ask about them. That is by design for some painters. It is deliberately not our approach.

When you receive your written proposal from us, you will see the steps we plan to complete for your specific project. Every prep item, every material specification, every coat is documented before we start. If we discover something during the work that changes scope, we discuss it with you before proceeding.

That transparency is why we have been in business for fifty years. It is also why homeowners hire us again for their next project, and their neighbors' projects, and their family members' projects.
