Yes. Every estimate is free, includes a written proposal, and comes with no obligation.

Single rooms: 2-4 days. Whole-house interior: 1-2 weeks. Cabinets: additional week for multiple coats and cure time.

Most single-family exteriors: 5-10 working days. Larger homes or projects with wood repair: 2-3 weeks. Weather can extend timelines.

No. We work around your living space, room by room. Furniture is moved and protected as needed.

Yes with some limitations. Doors are removed and finished off-site. Boxes remain in place. You can use the kitchen throughout most of the project.

Benjamin Moore is our primary brand for interior and exterior work. For cabinets we use Benjamin Moore Advance. For stucco we use elastomeric coatings. Other brands accommodated on request.

Two coats is standard for most surfaces. Some situations require more (heavy color changes, primed bare surfaces). One coat is only used when specifically appropriate and always documented in your proposal.

Yes. Paint and all materials are included in every estimate. Product specifications are in your proposal.

Interior painting cost depends on square footage, prep needs, coat count, and paint quality. A single room typically runs several hundred dollars. A whole-house interior typically runs into the thousands. Every project gets a fixed written price after on-site estimate.

Exterior painting cost depends on home size, siding type, prep needs (especially wood repair), and paint quality. Every project gets a fixed written price after on-site estimate.

Yes. Standard deposits range from 10-25% depending on project size. Balance is due upon completion. Terms documented in your proposal.

We do not currently offer in-house financing. Most homeowners pay directly. For very large projects, discuss options during your estimate.

Every project includes a written workmanship warranty. Interior: typically 1-2 years. Exterior: typically 2-5 years. Specific terms documented in each proposal.

Call us or use the contact form. We schedule a visit to assess the issue. If it falls under warranty, we schedule the correction at your convenience. No charge.

Yes. Warranty terms from your original proposal apply for the full warranty period regardless of when the project was completed.
