Our license covers:

• General Building (B classification)
• Painting and Decorating (C-33 classification)

The dual classification means we can handle full remodels and painting under a single license, without needing to bring in a separate general contractor for construction elements of a project.

Insurance coverage

We carry the two insurance types that matter for a painting contractor:

General liability insurance

Covers property damage that could occur during our work. If a piece of equipment damages a floor, if paint accidentally reaches a fixture that was not adequately covered, if anything goes wrong on your property because of our work, our general liability insurance handles it. You are not out of pocket.

Workers compensation insurance

Covers our crew members if they are injured on your property. This matters more than most homeowners realize. When a contractor without workers comp has an employee injured on your property, YOU can become responsible for those medical costs. That is not a risk you should carry. Our workers comp coverage means you carry no exposure from our work.

Bonded

We carry the surety bond required by the CSLB for licensed contractors. Bond information is available on request and is part of the standard verification process.

Requesting proof of insurance

Certificates of insurance can be provided directly to you or your property management company. Before starting any project, we can send current certificates from our insurance carrier. Just ask.
